The Tours are comfortable/easy level, and include mixed periods of sitting, standing and walking, so you won’t get exhausted, it is not a strenuous Tour usually.
Nevertheless, it is an active Tour with an average daily exploring length of 7-8 hours.
PRO TIPS for the Pilgrims:
Bring very good comfortable used walking shoes
Bring clothing for all weather conditions - layers is the keyword here.
Ladies, please bring one long-elastic waist skirt as it maybe required in the Monasteries.
Men, No Shorts allowed in all Churches and Monasteries.
